Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://hilarioscarcare.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Oil Change, Brake Repair, Suspension Repair, Wheel Alignment, Transmission Fluid Change, Engine Diagnostics, Alternator Replacement provided by Hilario's Car Care. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Hilario's Car Care or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Hilario's Car Care may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Hilario's Car Care disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Hilario's Car Care's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Hilario's Car Care against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
